Dans les domaines du transport de passagers et de la logistique, les deux grandes entreprises deviendraient des g\u00e9ants.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">(Berlin) Face aux milliards d&rsquo;aides pour Deutsche Bahn et Lufthansa, Bernd Riexinger, pr\u00e9sident du parti LA GAUCHE, d\u00e9clare :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">\u00ab\u00a0Les milliards d&rsquo;aides pour Deutsche Bahn et Lufthansa offrent une occasion unique d&rsquo;organiser une transition fluide des vols court-courriers vers des trains \u00e0 grande vitesse sans r\u00e9duction d&rsquo;effectifs au sein d&rsquo;un m\u00eame conglom\u00e9rat : en reliant les deux entreprises en un conglom\u00e9rat public de mobilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Nous ne devons pas voir les aides financi\u00e8res pour les entreprises de transport en difficult\u00e9 uniquement comme une conservation des anciennes structures. Nous devons avoir le courage de penser \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir. Il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 clair avant la pand\u00e9mie que nous avions besoin d&rsquo;une r\u00e9duction, surtout pour les vols, et d&rsquo;une expansion du transport ferroviaire. C&rsquo;est une t\u00e2che incontournable en mati\u00e8re de politique des transports dans le contexte du changement climatique. Les aides actuelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie apportent le contraire :<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">On r\u00e9duit un moyen de transport que l&rsquo;on veut clairement soutenir politiquement et on favorise sa concurrence directe non \u00e9cologique. C&rsquo;est un non-sens en mati\u00e8re de politique des transports. D&rsquo;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, la n\u00e9cessaire transformation ne doit pas se faire au d\u00e9triment des employ\u00e9s.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">Nous pouvons r\u00e9ussir une transition douce des vols court-courriers vers des trains \u00e0 grande vitesse si nous organisons les deux secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 au sein d&rsquo;une m\u00eame entreprise. Avec les sommes qui sont actuellement investies dans ces deux entreprises, dont l&rsquo;une est d\u00e9j\u00e0 enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9tenue par l&rsquo;\u00c9tat, cela est tout \u00e0 fait possible.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">En revanche, si la valeur boursi\u00e8re double de Lufthansa est investie dans une participation pratiquement sans voix au chapitre, tandis que la Bahn doit acheter son soutien par des r\u00e9ductions d&rsquo;effectifs, il semble qu&rsquo;il manque ici la volont\u00e9 de s&rsquo;attaquer r\u00e9ellement aux t\u00e2ches. Nous perdons une chance historique.
