Zero orders in first month
In January 2020, the American aircraft manufacturer received no fixed orders for the entire month, the first time this has occurred since 1962.
During this period, only 18 aircraft were delivered: six B787 (Etihad Airways, Japan Airlines, Turkish Airlines, United Airlines and the leasing companies Avolon and CALC) and two B777 each for Turkish Airlines and United Airlines.
With three orders and 35 deliveries, the last month of last year was also disappointing for Boeing. (ah)
