Weekly container train between Milan and Moscow
In cooperation with its Russian logistics partner, the Novik Group, ÖBB Rail Cargo Group (RCG) is offering a new intermodal connection between Milan in Italy and Chernyakhovsk/Kaliningrad and Moscow in Russia. Initially, the shuttle will run once a week. Transit time is ten to twelve days.
The new service includes end-to-end solutions, warehousing and distribution services and customs clearance. Using more than 1,000 Novik-owned 40-foot high-cube pallet-width containers, all types of goods can be transported, including heavy cargo, automobiles and other special goods. (ben) www.railcargo.com
