Venturing into Vienna
MLP Group is developing a business park in Vienna, marking its expansion into the Austrian market. The hub will comprise four buildings with flexible units, for which there is already a tenant.
Totalling 53,600 sqm of gross functional area, MLP Business Park Wien is the company’s first project in Austria. It is set to feature units starting at 3,100 sqm, suitable for city logistics, e-commerce or light industrial operations. Its first tenant, Odörfer Haustechnik, will take over its units after completion at the beginning of 2025.
Located on a brownfield in Vienna’s 22nd district, the hub offers access to Austria’s capital city, Vienna airport, and road transport routes. The developer is looking to achieve the ÖGNI Gold standard for sustainability by installing photovoltaic and EV charging infrastructure in the parc. (mk)
