UBS sells to Prologis
An open-ended special fund managed by the Swiss UBS Real Estate is selling a portfolio of eleven German logistics properties to Prologis. The buildings are spread over a total of 600,000 sqm of land and include both turnkey buildings and new development opportunities.
No further information on the size of the individual sites has been disclosed. One third of the UBS portfolio is leased to existing Prologis global clients. Prologis Germany will also gain two new major clients and several smaller new customers through the transaction. (sh)
