Two winners at the Logix 2023
No less than two logistics real estate developers have been chosen as winners of this year's Logix Award. Both winning projects, each awarded Breeam Excellent, are, in the jury's opinion, far ahead of their time and deserve the title "Logistics Property of the Year 2023".
Developer Swiss Life Asset Managers’ "Duisburg Nord I" project impressed the entire jury with its consistently innovative energy generation. Developer Four Parx's Hamburg property "Mach2" by the developer Four Parx is also a trendsetter.
As the first two-storey logistics property in Germany, it was awarded the special prize "Lighthouse Project". This year's Logix Award was presented in a ceremony at Expo Real. The Logix Award - and the Logix Initiative – are celebrating their tenth anniversary this year. (cj)
