Two promotions in the Stef group
Stef, a provider of transport and logistics services for temperature-controlled food products, has made two appointments to manage its fresh flow transport operations in the Pays-de-la-Loire and western regions.
Caroline Menant joined the Stef group in 2006 as part of the graduate programme. In 2014, she became director of the Angers site and has now been promoted to director of the Pays-de-la-Loire region. She succeeds Sébastien Mercher, who has been appointed regional director of the Western region.
Mercher began his career with Excel Logistics and Nexia. He came to the Stef group in 2007 as site manager in Rennes, and then was appointed sales director for the western region. He was named director of the Pays-de-la-Loire region in 2016. In his new role, he succeeds Philippe Paumier, who has retired after 40 years with the group. (cj)
