Two promotions at Yusen Logistics (UK)
Yusen Logistics (UK) has appointed Paul Simmonds (photo) as head of air freight forwarding and Pete Bagnall as head of ocean freight forwarding.
Simmonds has an extensive air freight forwarding career spanning over 30 years, with UK and regional operations roles at Lufthansa Cargo, Schenker, CEVA and CH Robinson. He joined YLUK as branch manager at Egham in July 2019.
Bagnall came to YLUK as an analyst in 2001 and since then has held several positions in first-line management and operational management including UK OFF operations. He was pivotal to the growth of Yusen’s journey from a fledgling business in 2001 to a major player in the logistics industry. (amh)
