Two GDP certificates for Militzer & Münch
Militzer & Münch’s sites in Frankfurt Airport and Hof in Germany were certified in accordance with the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines for the transport of medicinal products in January 2022.
The audit was carried out by SGS based on the requirements of the EU guidelines for good distribution practice of medicinal products for human use. The certificate covers the safe, hygienic and undamaged delivery of temperature-controlled transports and is a prerequisite for responsible pharmaceutical transports.
The next step will now be to audit additional subcontractors in Germany for compliance with the GDP guidelines. Militzer & Münch also plans to implement the GDP standards in other subsidiaries – the branches in Greece and Bulgaria have already introduced them; France, Poland, Turkey and Dubai are to follow soon.
