Truck of 2021 enhances fleet
Swiss Ferroflex Group has a truck fleet with 16 tractor units and special trailers which it deploys to deliver steel and construction equipment. Now, three new Man tractor units are expanding the fleet: two TGX 18.470 4×2 BLS and one TGX 26.470 6×2/4 BLS.
All three vehicles are fitted out with Palfinger PK 19.001 SLD 5 superstructure cranes and will pull new DOLL platform semitrailers. The latter are single- and double-axle Vario units with turntable steering, which can be extended by up to six m if required.
With the new tractor units, 14 out of 16 Man trucks are now in operation at Ferroflex. Man TGX was recently named international truck of the year 2021. (ben)
