Truck charging points to increase to 90

Circle K has accelerated the expansion of charging infrastructure for heavy traffic in Sweden. 16 new charging points adapted for heavy traffic, with an output of 360 kW, have been opened at five selected stations on transport routes in Hudiksvall, Mantorp, Malmö Spillepengen, and Bollebygd. The new locations are financed by the Swedish Energy Agency.

Circle K now operates 50 dedicated charging facilities for heavy-duty transport in the country and aims to increase this number to 90 by next year. It is also preparing to introduce two MCS (megawatt chargers), the energy provider said. (ben)
