Topping out in Vienna
MLP Group celebrated the topping out ceremony of its first Austrian hub earlier this week. The group began to develop the project on the brownfield in its business park in Vienna earlier this year, as seen in the ITJ Daily of 29 May 2024.
MLP Group plans to construct four buildings on an area of 55,000 sqm featuring flexible units available for rent by companies specialising in city logistics, e-commerce, or light industrial.
Two tenants have already been found, who will benefit from the proximity to Vienna's city centre, which is only 13 km away. The site is also connected to local road networks and the airport. Following the topping out, in which the roof structure was added to the buildings, the project is set for completion in early 2025. (mk)
