Tiaca honours Jean-Claude Delen
Jean-Claude Delen, a former CEO for Benelux and France with DHL Global Forwarding and a former president of Fiata, has been chosen as 2023's Tiaca Hall of Fame inductee.
According to Tiaca, Delen was selected for his long and distinguished career, his energy and leadership in promoting the value of the forwarding community and for establishing a new era of collaborative relations between Iata and Fiata.
Delen joined Air Express International (AEI) in 1965 and later reached the DHL leadership. An advocate of the forwarding community, Delen was later named head of Clecat. He also held key positions in Fiata's Air Freight Institute and on the Iata/Fiata consultative council. Delen joined the Fiata management as treasurer before being elected president. (cj)
