Three new tenants for Berlin business park
Panattoni, a project developer for industrial and logistics real estate in Europe, is leasing four more units of the Panattoni Campus Berlin City Centre to three new tenants: SKS Sondermaschinen- und Fördertechnikvertrieb, Probiogen and CNC Teile24. Completion is scheduled for August 2023.
The business and logistics park spans an area of around 36,000 sqm. Panattoni has now allocated six of 14 units in its business park to the three tenants. Eight units with a total area of approx. 10,662 sqm are still available.
The campus solution is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), manufacturers and logistics service providers. The buildings will be equipped with a photovoltaic system and supplied with local district heating. The location is directly connected to the motorway and public transport networks.
