Thessaloniki court of appeal relocates to port
The Port of Thessaloniki (ThPA) has signed a sub-concession agreement with Dimera Land & Property Investments and the Hellenic Republic to relocate the Thessaloniki court of appeal to the port.
The agreement, signed in the court on 18 February, grants long-term use of approximately 9,000 sqm of port space directly opposite the courthouse. Under the agreement, the designated areas will be adapted to meet the court’s operational needs, with completion expected in 18 months, according to the company. This initiative aligns with ThPA’s strategy to optimise infrastructure beyond core port operations. “The development of these activities is one of ThPA’s priorities,” said CEO Dr Ioannis Tsaras. (js)
