Ten years in Weil am Rhein
The Weil Am Rhein-based logistics provider Acito Logistics’ is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year and recently welcomed local politicians for a tour of the company.
District administrator Marion Dammann and Alexander Maas, managing director of Wirtschaftsregion Südwest, a business development agency, paid the company a visit at its logistics hub in Efringen Kirchen. After a tour of the site, the conversation turned to new Acito Academy in Weil am Rhein. There, Acito Logistics company offers training courses for employees and companies to improve their skills and expertise in the transport and logistics sector.
The provider also places a major focus on sustainability, as it is looking to combine its ecological responsibilities with its logistics activities. This aligns with the “Regional Klimaschutz Machen” alliance, a local platform founded by the district administrator to promote climate protection projects in the region. (mk)
