Takeover expands event logistics portfolio
Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW), a US domestic and international forwarder that specialises in customised logistics and warehousing solutions, has acquired Legacy Logistics, a trade show and event logistics provider headquartered in Pennsylvania (USA).
The acquisition expands EFW’s portfolio of trade show logistics services and fits with its corporate strategy for growth in this field, the forwarder said. Legacy customers will now benefit from a national footprint of warehouse locations, new tools to enhance quoting, tracking and visibility, immediate access to a full suite of domestic and international logistics solutions, and more.
This acquisition took effect immediately; Legacy Logistics is now EFW Tradeshow. (ben)
