Sustainability Award 2023: and the winner is ...
The International Air Cargo Association (Tiaca) announced the results of the fifth edition of the Air Cargo Sustainability Awards, run in partnership with industry IT solutions provider Champ Cargosystems. The awards aim to recognise outstanding businesses and industry initiatives seeking to make air cargo more sustainable.
Candidates are judged in two categories, one for start-up/small businesses and the second for corporate and established companies.
The winner in the corporate category is Latam Cargo for its “Necessary Destination” programme, a comprehensive and robust compendium of initiatives that aim to drive sustainable development in South America through three fundamental pillars: climate change, circular economy, and shared value. Regent Craft won the 2023 ‘Sustainability Award’ in the start-up/small business category. (cj)
