Stef expands in the Netherlands
Stef Group is taking over the Dutch provider Bakker Logistiek, with the transaction expected to close in Q1/2024. The acquisition will expand Stef's territorial coverage of the production and consumer industries in the Netherlands and extend its range of logistics services for the food sector.
Bakker Logistiek specialises in nationwide logistics services for food products (ambient and fresh). With 1,400 employees and a fleet of 325 vehicles, it runs six sites in three cities, covering a total surface area of 170,000 sqm.
