Smartlynx appoints deputy CEO
Smartlynx Airlines, an Acmi, cargo, and charter provider, has appointed Jan Bělina as its deputy chief executive officer (D/CEO), where he will support the company's CEO, Edvinas Demenius in leading the airline's executive team and managing day-to-day operations.
Bělina is an experienced aviation executive with a proven track record of success in leading operational processes at commercial aviation segment. Prior to joining Smartlynx, he worked over two decades at Smartwings, Czechia’s largest airline, in diverse management capacities, including as COO and accountable manager (AM). (cj)
