Shuttle links Poland with Southern France
CFL Multimodal has launched a new weekly intermodal service in cooperation with Klog Transport. The shuttle connects the VIIA terminal Sète in France with the CLIP terminal Swarzedz near Poznan in Poland. The first train on the 1,600 km route carried 38 semi-trailers loaded with consumer goods.
CFL Cargo provides traction services between Sète and Poznan, with its partner Captrain Polska taking over the trains within Poland. CFL Multimodal and Klog Transport are already jointly operating a regular train service between Poznan and Bettenburg-Dudelange in Luxembourg. (ben)
