Sennder recruits a Gefco manager
The digital forwarder Sennder has hired Ekaterini Kranioti as vice-president for shipper sales. At Sennder she’ll help shippers go digital by expanding the platform and optimising services for customers. Kranioti will be based in France and be in charge of all operational business for shippers.
She’ll work closely with the carrier team to analyse Sennder’s customer pool and develop offerings tailored to individual shippers’ needs. This is particularly important in view of the company’s ongoing strong growth and to adapt services to the local market conditions. Sennder was founded in 2015 and now has eight European offices.
Kranioti has more than 30 years of experience in the logistics industry. She was most recently Gefco’s Euromed sales director in charge of distributing industrial, automotive and consumer goods in Western and Southern Europe. Prior to her 20 years at Gefco she held various positions at Kuehne & Nagel, Nestlé, Martin Brower France and Air France. (ah)
