Senior management changes at MOL
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) has announced changes to its senior management. The appointment of new directors and auditors is subject to approval at the annual shareholders’ meeting to be held on 25 June 2019.
As from 1 April 2019, the following appointments will come into effect: Takeshi Hashimoto: representative director; Koichi Muto: director and chairman of the board; Takeshi Hashimoto: executive vice president; Koichi Yashima: senior managing executive officer; Yutaka Hinooka: managing executive officer.
Kazuhiko Kikuchi, Junko Moro and Mitsuru Endo, who are currently general managers of the dry bulk carrier, corporate marketing and marine safety divisions, have been appointed executive officers. (mw)
