Second warehouse close to Gothenburg
In Sweden, Geodis has enhanced its capacity by adding a 20,000 sqm warehouse close to its existing facility at Arendal, near Gothenburg.
A year after establishing its own operational footprint close to the biggest Swedish port, the French group’s contract logistics line of business is expanding its capacity with a second warehouse next door to its existing 16,000 sqm facility.
The unit, which has a railhead in the compound, clearance heights of 12 m and thirty-five loading docks, will become fully operational in March 2023. The managers running the facility will report to Magnus Tornerhjelm, managing director Scandinavia. (sh)
