Searching for solutions architects
Nottingham (UK)-based Baxter Freight is launching a new recruitment campaign to increase the number of account managers by 40% in 2024 to deal with increased difficulties in UK-Europe trade arising from Brexit and current macroeconomic tensions.
The company seeks to strengthen the role of its account managers to provide better support for its customers. It plans to add 16 new professionals, or solutions architects, to its team, taking the total number to 155 by the end of the year.
“Our core values of resilience, authenticity, creativity and collaboration mean that our team can take ownership and make their mark in a busy and evolving industry,” says HR director, Lorraine Sutcliffe. Currently in its tenth year of business, Baxter Freight is set to achieve turnover of GBP 40 million in 2024. (mk)
