Seaports appoints interim MD
The marketing company of the seaports of Lower Saxony has announced changes in its leadership which will come into effect next month. Managing director Andre Heim is leaving on 31 March 2024 at his own request to take on a new role outside the company.
The new interim managing director will be Andreas Bullwinkel, who successfully managed Seaports of Niedersachsen from its foundation in 2004 until his move to Jade Weser Port in 2013. The shipping agent retired in autumn last year.
A human resources consultancy will be commissioned to select a managing director on a permanent basis. The interim solution provides sufficient time for a diligent recruitment process. (cj)
