Scandlines hires new head of freight sales
Peter Leschly will take up his position as vice president freight sales on 1 February 2024. He brings extensive experience in various industries and has worked for some of Denmark's largest IT and transport companies. Leschly replaces Gerald Lefold, who is retiring after 30 years at Scandlines, ten of which as head of freight sales.
In addition to his new role, Lefold will be managing director of Scandlines Deutschland and Scandlines Bordershop in partnership with Heiko Kähler, who will also assume sole responsibility as managing director of the shipping company’s German subsidiaries. (cj)
