Road freight hub strengthens services in Bulgaria
DHL Freight has opened a new logistics terminal for road freight in Sofia, Bulgaria. The building is equipped with new technologies and modern warehouse software to further expand logistic capacities for all services.
Well connected to regional transport networks, the terminal also offers a portfolio of X-Dock options with eleven automated and two specialised ramps for vans, storage of ADR goods, bonded storage and a logistics area of 3,000 sqm high racking storage for more than 6,000 pallets. The project marks 25 years of DHL Freight’s presence in Bulgaria. (ben)
