Rhenus acquires Rodair Group
This month (March 2019), the Rhenus Group acquired the Toronto (Canada)-based customised logistics solutions specialist Rodair that was founded in 1996. The latter company's core business activities encompass international freight forwarding, project logistics, courier, warehousing and distribution, 3PL services, and e-commerce solutions.
In addition to its Toronto headquarters, the company has business sites in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. Rodair also concentrates on customs clearance services provided by dedicated in-house teams in Toronto and Vancouver.
Rodair’s customers mainly stem from the fashion, retail, automotive, pharmaceutical and mining industries, which are defined as key market verticals.
