Reaching number ten
US-based Scannell Properties has completed its 10th successful local project since it entered the German market in 2019.
The real estate developer has now also found a tenant for its second speculative logistics property in Kitzingen, Bavaria, a site of 23,500 sqm.
All in all, the ten German properties are valued at a total of around EUR 500 million and all are 50% brownfield projects. A third approx. 7,000 sqm site in Kitzingen is still available for development and rent. (sh)
