Re-branding in the North

In 2019 Bolloré Logistics took a majority stake in the Swedish company Global Freight Solutions and in its Finnish affiliate. The forwarder G-Solutions, which has operated under the Global Freight Solutions (G-Solutions) name so far, will now use the Bolloré Logistics brand with immediate effect.

Thus Bolloré Logistics, headquartered in the Swedish maritime hub of Gothenburg, has offices in Stockholm and a branch in the Finnish capital Helsinki. This strategic milestone complements Bolloré's regional network, following on from implementation in Norway and Denmark. This step also marks the founding of two new subsidiaries: Bolloré Logistics Sweden and Bolloré Logistics Finland. (sh)
