Railpool integrates longstanding maintenance partner
Germany-based Railpool took over Nordisk Tog Teknikk (NTT), effective 31 August 2022. With the acquisition, the leasing company is expanding its own workshop capacities to a total of six ECM certified workshop locations in Germany, Norway and Sweden.
NTT and its 100% daughter NTT Sverige have workshop locations in Oslo, Gothenburg and Malmö. All workshops will remain accessible to all customers and locomotives for preventive and corrective services, Railpool said.
In addition to its remarkable inhouse maintenance capacity, Railpool runs an extensive spare parts warehouse and a constantly growing network of partner workshops in Europe. Over the last few years, the company has also opened further office locations in Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland. (ben)
