Rail bridge to ship relief supplies to Ukraine
In Germany, DB Cargo and DB Schenker have set up a logistics network in cooperation with Polish and Ukrainian railway companies to ship relief supplies by truck and rail from Germany directly to Ukraine.
Donations are collected in Germany by truck, packed into containers and finally transported across the border to Ukraine by freight train on DB Cargo's European rail network. The logistics network can also accept individual donations.
In the next few days, collection points for the acceptance of humanitarian aid supplies will be opened at various Schenker branches in Germany for this purpose. Companies and large donors can register their humanitarian relief cargo for free transport by phone (+41 30 720220640).
