PSI delivers WMS to Asmet
Asmet has contracted PSI Polska to implement the warehouse management system PSIwms in the new logistics hub in Moszna-Parcela near Warsaw. Asmet delivers fastening elements for machines and plants for the construction, energy, petrochemical, and automobile industries as well as agriculture.
The company holds about 40,000 standard products in stock and a further 50,000 for orders. PSI’s system shall be integrated into the existing ERP and supplier’s communications systems. It shall go online in 2020.
“The PSI system helps us to fulfil the growing demand of our customers to reduce order lead times and to optimise our flagship services which we have been developing for many years,” says Janusz Pnyszczuk, head of organisation and management systems and member of the Asmet board. (mw)
