Prologis strikes in the Netherlands
The Prologis European Logistics Fund (Peff) has made a major acquisition in the Netherlands and purchased four new distribution centres with 127,000 sqm of logistics space from KKR, a global investment firm, and Mirastar, a pan-European developer, investor, and property manager.
The properties are located in Bleiswijk, Roosendaal and Hoofddorp (Schiphol) and feature LED lighting, solar panels, and EV charging points. (sh)
