Powerful addition to the fleet
Dutch haulage company Luijendijk & van der Wal has invested in a new Mercedes-Benz Actros 4163 LS 8x4 SLT for challenging heavy-duty tasks. The 630 hp truck features a spacious Bigspace cab and Mirrorcam.
The special coupling and a permissible gross combination mass of up to 180 t enable the forwarder to transport very heavy loads such as crawler cranes, shredders, and screening machines.
Before ordering, Luijendijk & van der Wal was able to make a detailed examination of the vehicle's properties: A company from the same industry provided an Actros SLT that was similar in design for a test drive and shared its experience from practical use. (ben)
