Posti Group sells Russian investments
Posti Group has completed its divestment from companies forming the Itella Russia business group. The buyer is international logistics services provider Tablogix, which has been active in the Russian market since 1994.
Posti sees its divestment of Itella Russia as a further step towards enhancing its CEP portfolio for parcel and e-commerce services and strengthening its logistics operations in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The transaction price was not disclosed.
The former Itella Russia unit specialises in contract logistics and transport with warehousing and freight services in Russia. In 2020, the business group's turnover amounted to EUR 58.3 million and its ebitda to EUR 12.6 million. (sh)
