Port of Rotterdam elects new representative
After a career of 17 years as Port of Rotterdam representative in Austria, Switzerland and Central and Eastern Europe, Franz Zauner will hand over the baton to Howard Lamb on 1 January 2022.
Lamb has more than 35 years of international logistics experience. Prior to joining the Port of Rotterdam Authority, he worked for Maersk and Interrail, and in his last position, he was CEO & head of logistics for MOL Austria Handels GmbH, an oil and gas company based in Hungary.
"We are pleased to have found an excellent successor for Zauner, and we would like to thank Franz for his relentless dedication and loyal service," says Matthijs van Doorn, director supply chain & logistics of the Port of Rotterdam Authority. (cj)
