PLP's new site to be finalised in 2022
PLP, a developer, manager and owner of logistics and industrial properties in UK, has contracted Glencar to build a 140,000 sqm (Crewe 460) speculative big box logistics unit at a development site at Basford West in Crewe. Construction work is expected to start imminently, and completion is scheduled for December this year.
It is Glencar’s third port for PLP, following the completion of the first phase at Crewe in 2020 and a further development at Ellesmere Port. The warehouse Crewe 460 will feature 15 m clear internal height, a 72 m deep service yard and three-story external offices.
