Pirola to head food and reefer business in China
Bolloré Logistics has appointed Julie Pirola as food and reefer product manager, in keeping with the company’s strategy to expand this business segment in China.
Pirola is based in Shanghai and reports directly to Jean-Philippe Rétif, commercial director of Bolloré Logistics Greater China, who commented: "Our ambition is to convert this vertical including the food processing cluster, into an additional driver of Bolloré Logistics’ growth in China."
Pirola lbrings ten years of experience within the food and reefer logistics industry, where she gained expertise in building solutions for cold chain management and international freight forwarding, connecting overseas producers, local importers, distributors and customs brokers. (ah)
