Paragon Aviation takes over
Namibia Airports Company (NAC) reports that Paragon Aviation has commenced providing ground handling services at Hosea Kutako International Airport (HKIA).
This move is compliant with the supreme court's assertion that Menzies Aviation relied on unlawful self-help to stay put and had hereof occupied the premises illegally for about a year, despite the fact that Paragon has the right to the premises after being awarded the bid from NAC to render ground handling services at HKlA.
All stakeholders are asked to fully cooperate with Paragon as the legitimate provider of ground handling services at HKIA. (cj)
