Panattoni planning new facility for Dachser
Panattoni is planning a build-to-suit property in Landsberg, Saxony-Anhalt, for the logistics services provider Dachser. This is the ninth partnership between the two companies. The new building will expand an existing branch there.
The flexible development of the building is important for Dachser, as it serves a broad variety of customers. For example, three of the four sections have cooling facilities designed for the food industry. The site, with good connections to national transport routes, is only a kilometre away from the existing building.
The facility has around 18,000 m² of halls and 1,400 m² of offices and social space. By installing a photovoltaic system on the roof and implementing other measures Panattoni aims to achieve ‘DGNB Gold’ certification for the building. Construction is scheduled to begin in November, with completion scheduled for September 2024. (mk)
