Panattoni: a hub in the city centre
Panattoni Germany is welcoming three new tenants to its City Dock hub in Berlin, leasing four units of its 57,000 sqm site.
Alstom Transportation Germany will take over two units totalling 2,700 sqm as a spare parts warehouse for railway vehicles. Lyerco Deutschland will use its unit as part of its office and workstation solutions business. Vention has leased 1,300 sqm for the storage and distribution of industrial automation equipment.
The site was completed in October 2023 and is 20 minutes from the city centre. As to sustainability goals, the building has been certified in accordance with the DGNB gold standard and features a rooftop photovoltaic system. Fred-Markus Bohne, managing partner at Panattoni Germany: “The Panattoni Campus Berlin Zentrum shows how we are meeting this demand in a densely populated area like Berlin.” (mk)
