Nowaste Logistics: yet more space in Sweden
Property company Catena is starting to build three logistics facilities totalling around 75,000 sqm in Helsingborg, Sweden and has budgeted an investment of SEK 950 million (EUR 81.3 million) for the project. The entire space will be leased by Novaste Logistics. The two companies recently signed a letter of intent to this effect.
Nowaste Logistics is a subsidiary of fresh fruit and vegetable supplier Dole and offers third-party logistics solutions with a special focus on automation, IT and leadership.
The site where the three new buildings are to be built measures 154,000 sqm and is located next to the motorway on a level with Ramlösa in Helsingborg. The three facilities will include a high-bay storage section aiming for a Breeam Excellent environmental certification.
With Post Nord and Freja, Nowaste Logistics is also one of the largest tenants of Catena’s logistics location Tostarp, which is not far from Ramlösa. Catena is building another new logistics facility for Nowaste Logistics in Jönköping (Sweden). (ben)
