(No) more conversions in 2020
Acia Aero Leasing, which was established in early 2000 to provide aircraft leasing and management solutions to a wide spectrum of clients and end users, has just completed another large cargo door conversion of an ATR72-200, the first of five targeted conversion completions for 2020 which will include three -500s.
The aircraft will be available for sale or lease in 2020. The group, which is domiciled with subsidiaries in Ireland, Mauritius, France, UK and the British Virgin Islands, has a fleet of aircraft which includes Embraer regional jets, ATR72's, ATR42's, B1900's, LET 410s and C208B's.
Meanwhile Evergreen Aviation Technologies (Taiwan) will not carry out any B767-300 freighter conversions at its Taipei facility in 2020, as it focuses on maintenance and interior projects. (ah)
