New representative for Deutsche Bahn
Changes at Deutsche Bahn in Basel: As of today, 1 September 2021, Marcus Bayer will become the German railway company's new group management representative for the Swiss rail network. Bayer replaces Jürgen Lange, who is retiring after more than 20 years of service.
Bayer has been working in Basel as a manager for major projects and deputy representative of the German rail company for the Swiss rail network for the last five years. Prior to that, he was employed in various management and technical expert functions in the DB Group. (cj)
