New members for Cargoline's advisory board

On the usual rotational basis, the shareholders of the general cargo cooperation Cargoline (Germany) have elected their new advisory board. Ralf Amm (Amm Spedition, Nuremberg), Andreas Hartmann (Hartmann International, Paderborn), Heiner Koch (Koch International, Osnabrück) and Stefan Seils (Bursped, Hamburg) four of the existing board members saw their mandates renewed.

Another Cargoline shareholder, Bernd Schäflein (Schäflein Spedition, Röthlein), was appointed as a new member of the board. Uwe Hofmann (Hofmann Internationale Spedition, Biebesheim am Rhein), who represents the franchisees, continues to sit alongside the representatives of the shareholders on the board. For the fifth consecutive time, the board members elected Seils as their chairman, and Amm was again named vice chairman.

Traditionally, an external consultant is chosen to join the board. This time, the cooperation was able to recruit Ewald Kaiser, an experienced strategist, who is already familiar with the structures of the corporation due to his previous position as CEO of the Cargoline partner Militzer & Münch and as a former member of the cooperation’s advisory board.
