New logistics park in Neuenburg am Rhein
DFI Real Estate is planning a building with three units on a site in Neuenburg am Rhein, which will offer tenants 31,500 sqm of usable space. The total investment amounts to more than EUR 50 million. The park is scheduled for completion in Q1/2025.
"This project opens up the prospect of realising a state-of-the-art, ESG-compliant industrial and logistics property," says Andreas Fleischer, managing director, DFI Real Estate. A photovoltaic system will be installed on an area of approx. 18,000 sqm to ensure fossil-free operation.
In addition, users will be offered various options to gain access to electricity produced locally from eco-friendly sources. The aim is to create a sustainable and industrial and logistics park that provides a healthy working environment and respects the biodiversity of the existing ecosystem. The park has connections to the EuroAirport, the A5 motorway and the Rhine Bridge. (mk)
