New chief legal officer at C.H. Robinson

C.H. Robinson has named Dorothy Capers as its new chief legal officer (CLO) and secretary, effective 5 May.

With extensive international experience in business strategy, governance and legal affairs, Capers brings a strong track record from roles at Xylem and National Express with her.

At Xylem, she served as senior vice-president and general counsel of the USD 30 billion water technology firm; at National Express, she oversaw global legal matters for M&A, compliance and regulatory affairs.

“Dorothy’s expertise will be key to driving our legal strategy and business transformation,” said CEO Dave Bozeman. Capers succeeds Ben Campbell, who departed at the end of 2024.
