New appointment at Smartlog
Agathe Leclercq joined French company Smartlog, which specialises in training, consulting and recruitment for the supply chain, transport, handling and safety at work segments, on 22 March 2021, as new commercial manager of the group’s brands Dialogis and Supply Chain Experts.
Here, she manages Smartlog’s existing service portfolio and supports companies through training programmes and expert advice. Her goal is to give HR departments the tools to carry out their skills development policy, and to enable employees to increase their expertise as well as their well-being within the company.
Leclercq brings nearly twenty years of experience in the transport and logistics industry. After various commercial positions, she worked at Elis, a service company, where she took her first steps in team management.
In 2010, she was appointed agency manager for Maghreb Solutions, a French carrier providing services to and from the Maghreb. She managed three profit centres for this company for five years, before becoming director of organisation and quality management. (amh)
